What makes this different from a workout app or PDF program?

Apps and PDFs are generic. This is a real coaching relationship built around you. I write your program from scratch, adjust it every week based on your actual progress, review your form on video, and answer your questions directly. You’re not a username in a database — you’re a client I’ve committed to.

Do I need a gym membership or specific equipment?

No. I design your program around whatever you have access to — full gym, home setup, dumbbells only, or bodyweight. Your situation isn’t a limitation — it’s just the starting point.

I’m a beginner. Is this too advanced for me?

Not at all. Every program starts where you are and progresses at your pace. Whether you’ve never touched a barbell or you’ve been training for years, the programming meets you at your level and moves forward from there.

What happens after I apply?

I review every application personally. If it looks like a great fit, you’ll receive a welcome email with your program options and how to secure your spot. Once you’re in, you’ll complete a detailed intake form, book your kickoff call, and I’ll start building your custom plan.

Why are spots limited?

Because real 1-on-1 coaching takes real time and attention. I limit my roster so every client gets the focus they deserve. When spots are full, the next opening goes to the waitlist.

When do I pay?

After you apply and I confirm a spot for you, you’ll receive payment options by email — $599 paid in full, or $225 per month for three months. You choose what works for you, and then we move straight into onboarding.
